Projects: | 1) Preparation to float on the Neuer Markt in Frankfurt: Preparing the business plan, establishing a long-term financial planning package up to 2015, introduction of US-GAAP, Introduction of an employee stock ownership program, pre-IPO meetings with analysts and other investment banker, presentation of id pharma during investment conferences (DVFA, Biotech Investment conferences, Investor Relation conferences), Working with auditors, two successful yearend audits,1998, 1999.2) Successful closure of financing rounds with venture capital firms (3.1 Mio. € in 1/2000 and 2.4 Mio. € in 8/2000).3) Introduction of a cost center controlling and a lean reporting system.
4) Introduction of a material management system with monthly inventory taking, reduction of inventory losses from 20% in 1999 to 2% in 2000. 5) Improving profitability by outsourcing the warehouse to the pharmacies and by charging cost to pharmacies which were caused by them. |
