Projects: 1) Relocation of production from Worms to Hamburg plant. Result: Cost saving projects of 12 Mio. €.2) Improvement of financial reporting and development of controlling tools. Result: Better financial planning for bottle depreciation, better cost control and scrap reduction of more than 50% (i.e. 1.5 Mio. e savings).
Salary: 48,000 €, pension plan
Direct reports: Until December seven clerks; from Jan. on two managers and twelve clerks at four locations.
